Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all matters relating to use of the site and related services (together, the "Service") between users and the operator (osakapoker.jp 編集部).

2. Nature of content

The Service covers only amusement poker (non-redeemable chips). It does not promote, arrange, or solicit monetary gambling. See Legal for details. Content on the Service is not intended as medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

3. Listing policy (summary)

Venue and event listings fall into two categories: editorial (independently researched) and partner (paid listings submitted by the operator or organizer). Partner listings are badged as "Sponsored" and outbound links carry rel="sponsored". See About for details. For objections to listed content, please use the Contact channel.

4. Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following.

• Conduct that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service (including excessive automated access)
• Unauthorized modification, copying, or mass scraping of the Service's content
• Spam, impersonation, or posting false information
• Use that targets minors under 18 with poker-as-monetary-gambling solicitation
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

Copying, adapting, or redistributing materials as permitted by their public licence or CC0 is not prohibited by these provisions. Excessive automated access and other interference with the Service remain prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

Copyright and related rights in the text, images, and design on the site belong to the operator or the rightful holder of each material. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders.

Third-party materials identified under a public licence, such as CC BY or CC BY-SA, or under CC0 may be reused under the conditions stated on the photography and image credits page and the original source. Reuse permitted by those conditions does not require additional permission from the operator. These terms do not add restrictions to that reuse.

For other materials, use beyond the scope of private use requires either compliance with fair quotation (attribution, minimal scope) or a separate licence from the rightful holder.

6. External links

The site links to venues, event organizers, news outlets and other providers. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Check the provider and the applicable contract terms at the destination.

7. Changes and interruption

Where possible, we will announce changes, discontinuation or maintenance in advance on the site. Urgent interruptions may be necessary to address incidents or protect safety.

8. Information and operator responsibility

Compare the check date on each profile with the venue’s current official information about opening hours, fees and entry rules. Liability for damages relating to operation of the Service is governed by the Civil Code, the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws. These terms do not restrict users’ rights under applicable law.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to users. Jurisdiction over disputes is determined by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

Before changes take effect, we will announce the revised content and its effective date on this page. Changes to an existing contract require the user’s consent unless the requirements for amending standard terms under the Civil Code, or another applicable legal basis, are met.
