Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all matters relating to use of the site and related services (together, the "Service") between users and the operator (osakapoker.jp 編集部).

2. Nature of content

The Service covers only amusement poker (non-redeemable chips). It does not promote, arrange, or solicit monetary gambling. See Legal for details. Content on the Service is not intended as medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

3. Listing policy (summary)

Venue and event listings fall into two categories: editorial (independently researched) and partner (paid listings submitted by the operator or organizer). Partner listings are badged as "Sponsored" and outbound links carry rel="sponsored". See About for details. For objections to listed content, please use the Contact channel.

4. Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following.

• Conduct that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service (including excessive automated access)
• Unauthorized modification, copying, or mass scraping of the Service's content
• Spam, impersonation, or posting false information
• Use that targets minors under 18 with poker-as-monetary-gambling solicitation
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any other conduct the operator determines to be inappropriate

5. Intellectual property

Copyright and related rights in the text, images, and design on the site belong to the operator or the respective rights holders. Use beyond the scope of private use requires either compliance with fair quotation (attribution, minimal scope) or a separate licence from the operator.

6. External links

The site contains links to external sites (venues, event organizers, news outlets, and others). The operator has no control over the content or operation of those sites and is not responsible for any damage arising from them.

7. Changes and interruption

The operator may modify, add to, remove, or temporarily interrupt the Service without prior notice. The operator is not responsible for any damage to users or third parties arising from such changes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The operator makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided via the Service. Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Except for cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising between the operator and a user in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka Summary Court or the Osaka District Court, depending on the amount in controversy, as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
