OSAKA TRAVEL
Start with the venue. Plan the way back.
Once you have a plan, check the venue’s full address. Umeda, Namba and Nanko call for different accommodation and transport choices.
Before making a booking
- Confirm the venue, date and registration time with the organiser.
- Check how you will return to your hotel after the event.
- Check luggage storage, late check-in and cancellation terms.
- Consider flexible arrangements while plans are uncertain.
Choose your area before booking a room
Compare the return journey from your venue with the station you will use to arrive or leave. Check the hotel address and station exit, as well as the neighbourhood name.
- Osaka / Umeda: choose a specific meeting point and return gate among the area's different stations.
- Namba / Shinsaibashi: combine meal and walking plans with the station used by your rail operator.
- Hommachi, Kyobashi and Shin-Osaka: compare separate bases around your city journeys, rail connections and departure day.

Compare accommodation
Staying near a venue can simplify travel, but consider meals and the next day’s plans as well. Compare the same dates, guest counts and room conditions.
