A day plan for your Osaka poker visit

Once you have checked the session, put the day’s movements in one place. Know which entrance to use, when to leave, and what to ask on arrival.

Work backwards from getting home

Search your return journey for the date and time you actually intend to leave. The venue closing time is not your return train time. Include the walk to the station, transfers and the journey from the final station to your accommodation. Enter your chosen departure target; this tool does not calculate the last possible departure.

Record the doorway, not just the map pin

Use the venue’s own address and instructions to record the building, floor and entrance. Set a meeting point outside reception if you have companions. A station name or map pin can be too broad when several exits or similarly named buildings are nearby. Keep any instructions you need separately from this short memo.

Leave room for a change of plan

Write down what you will do if the session changes, there is no beginner place, or you arrive too late. You might ask about another date, review the free learning material or switch to a nearby walk. A note saying “ask reception” is an open question, not a confirmed reservation or admission.

Use the questions field for a short reception note, such as beginner support and whether your planned departure suits the session. The scope is preparation for non-cash-redemption amusement poker. Each venue’s actual conditions must be checked with that venue.

Put your own plan into a take-along memo

A destination is required. Enter your own destination and times after checking the official information. Do not enter booking references, names, contact details or other personal information.

Nothing is saved automatically. “Save in this browser” keeps one memo on this site in this browser. Avoid saving on a shared device and delete it when finished. Your entries are not sent to the operator or analytics.
